subjected to change without notice. We require a 50% deposit.
Sandblasting:
Sandcarving is a method of decorating or personalizing crystal, glass,
marble,
stone (river rock), wood, granite, acrylic, and ceramic. Sandcarving often
referred to as “Sandblasting” has been used for many decades
in
the decorative and architectural industries.
Warranty:
All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.
Certain materials
may have slight imperfections, which are considered normal. All marble items
are made from natural material. Variation in color/veining
and size may occur
and is considered normal. All crystal, glass and hand blown glass items are
subject to slight change in design as most items are hand
cut. Each piece
is individually engraved/etched and slight variations may appear per item. Sometimes etched glass will appear to have rough spots in
the frosted “etched”
area, this is considered normal as glass and all other materials are either
natural or handmade and may have slight
variations per piece. Claims on merchandise
must be made within 30 days after the receipt of order. If goods are damaged
in shipping, claims must
be made against the carrier. We are not responsible
for goods damaged in shipment. Any item defective in workmanship will be replaced
at no cost
to the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping.
Production Time:
Normal production time is one week from receipt
of completed order and artwork.
On certain products the production time may be two (2) weeks. This will be
stated to customer upon approval of artwork.
Rush service is available at
a charge of $50 or 50% of order (whichever is greater) this would be a 72-hour
turnaround.
Engraving
Services and Artwork Charges:
We will engrave merchandise purchased elsewhere, however, a waiver of liability
must be signed. All artwork
submitted by the customer must be supplied as black and white camera ready. If touch up is required there is a $25 per hour charge. We will not
engrave from bad artwork; instead, we will take the time to clean
it up. We will verify all estimates on artwork charges with customer before
any work is done.
Artwork Formats:
W e accept art electronically in the following formats: .bmp, .tif., .wmf,
. pdf. Be sure to convert all text to curves before sending artwork. We cannot
be responsible for file incompatibilities or corrupt files. To avoid possible
problems, we request a hard copy of the artwork be submitted by mail. Faxed
artwork will not be accepted, except for reference.
Personalized Wine Bottles:
We specialize in custom etched/engraved wine bottles and hand paint each bottle.
Customer supplies the wine bottle. Prices for wine bottles vary depending on size of area to be engraved and detail.
Cancellations of Orders:
Charges incurred prior to cancellation of an order will be invoiced. There
is a minimum $50 charge for all cancellations.
